Alive at New Life Youth Group
The Alive at New Life Youth Fellowship welcomes teenagers into a vibrant community of faith every Wednesday evening.
Alec and Mary Chiasson lead the Group provides a safe harbor for adolescents navigating the choppy waters of identity formation and peer pressure. The weekly gatherings typically include high-energy games—everything from elaborate scavenger hunts to “Human Hungry Hippos” that leave participants breathless with laughter and covered in floor dust. These seemingly simple activities serve a deeper purpose: breaking down social barriers between the shy homeschooled freshman, the outspoken star athlete, and everyone in between.
At the heart of each meeting is biblically based teaching designed specifically for adolescent challenges. Topics range from scriptural foundations and theological concepts to practical applications addressing dating relationships, social media ethics, mental health struggles, and family conflicts. Small group discussions afterward allow deeper exploration of these themes, with trained leaders guiding conversations that connect ancient wisdom to modern teenage reality.
