Our Team & Leadership

Our leadership team embodies a rich tapestry of spiritual gifts, ethical integrity, and interpersonal wisdom. These devoted servants don’t merely administer—they shepherd with hearts aligned to divine purpose.

Our Leadership Foundation

At the core of our ministry stands leaders whose lives reflect authentic spiritual depth. Their faith isn’t compartmentalized—it flows through every decision, conversation, and initiative. This spiritual rootedness ensures that our congregation receives guidance from those who walk closely with God themselves.

Our leaders maintain unwavering commitment to sound doctrine while demonstrating grace in application. This theological consistency creates a stable environment where members can grow confidently in their faith journey. Through both teaching and example, our leadership team illuminates the path of discipleship with clarity and conviction.

Servant Leadership in Practice

The hallmark of our leadership approach is sacrificial service. Following Christ’s model, our team leads by kneeling to serve, placing community needs above personal ambition. This humble posture cultivates a church culture where everyone is valued and empowered to discover their unique contribution to our shared mission.

God’s Word

We affirm the belief in the infallibility and inerrancy of the Bible. This doctrine is indeed a cornerstone of Christian faith for many believers. Let’s explore this concept further:

  1. What is Infallibility and Inerrancy:
    • Infallibility means that the Bible is incapable of teaching error.
    • Inerrancy asserts that the original manuscripts were without error in all they affirm.
  2. Biblical Support:
    • 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
    • 2 Peter 1:20-21 affirms, “Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.”
  3. God’s Nature and His Word:
    • God’s truthful and reliable nature (John 14:6; 17:3) is reflected in His Word (John 17:17).
    • Psalm 12:6 describes God’s words as “flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times.”
  4. Scope of Inerrancy:
    • This doctrine applies to the original autographs of Scripture.
    • It covers all matters on which the Bible speaks, including spiritual, moral, and historical truths.
  5. Common Misconceptions:
    • Inerrancy doesn’t mean that every statement in the Bible is literally true (e.g., parables or figurative language).
    • It doesn’t claim that the Bible is exhaustive in its coverage of all topics.
    • Inerrancy allows for variations in style, perspective, and the reporting of events.
  6. Implications:
    • This belief underscores the authority of Scripture in matters of faith and practice.
    • It encourages careful study and interpretation of the Bible.
    • It provides confidence in the reliability of God’s revealed truth.

Understanding the doctrine of biblical inerrancy and infallibility is crucial for a strong foundation in Christian faith. It affirms that we can trust God’s Word as a reliable guide for life and doctrine, reflecting the perfect nature of its divine Author.

Who is Jesus?

We believe Jesus is who He said He is.  Jesus is true God and true man in one person. He is the Son of God who was crucified and raised from the dead for the salvation of all who trust in Him. He is part of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. We believe Jesus was and is the Word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. … And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:1–5, 14 (ESV)
